For 35 years he has been the executive director and managing
editor of The
Ulysses S. Grant Association, which is dedicated to
gathering, maintaining, publishing and making available to researchers
over 200,000 Grant documents.
Dr. Simon has published innumerable articles, reviews, books,
and provided consultative services on this subject.
